All b2b (business to business) orders are processed and sent within 5 business days.

Please note that custom or special handling items may require additional shipping time. Our standard method of shipment is via Australia Post.

Express post does not mean we will pack and ship it on the day you ordered.

All orders are sent with full tracking so you can see where your order is at all times. You will receive an email with a tracking link that has your unique consignment number when your order is completed in our system, just click on it and it will take you to the tracking information. Once you have your tracking number, it is out of our hands, and any enquires will need to be taken up with Australia Post.

Please check your spam/junk email folder if you haven’t received and email once you’ve placed an order!

We are not responsible for lost packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from Australia Post for a lost package.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, including your post code, as parcels which are returned as undelivered will incur a re-dispatch fee. If you do not wish to pay this fee, a partial refund will be given (full item cost refunded minus the postage) and the items returned to the shelf.

If an order is found to have an incomplete address before packing, an email will be sent asking for the correct address. If there is no reply within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

International Delivery

International delivery is regulated by Australia Post. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the store shall not be deemed to be in delay in delivery of the goods unless actual delivery of goods occurs later than four weeks from the quoted approximate delivery date and having received the Buyer’s written notification. The buyer shall comply with all laws governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination.

All import taxes, brokerage fees and duties are payable by the customer. We do not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your country’s import laws, we suggest contacting your countries customs department to find the guidelines around importing from Australia.

If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, duties or any other costs or reasons imposed by the destination country or if parcel is refused acceptance or undeliverable, Sorcerous Sundries will provide a refund, excluding postage, upon receipt of the parcel back to the Speak in Spells shop or arrange re-delivery.

Sorry, but we cannot alter the commercial invoice, this practice is not permitted by the Australian Customs and there are heavy penalties imposed.


Please be sure to inspect your items as soon as they are received. Damaged or incorrect products must be returned within three (3) days of receipt with the original packing slip and another unit will be shipped after inspection of the returned item.

Prior to returning your item you MUST contact us. Provide as much detail as possible along with detailed pictures.

No photos, No refund.

Shipping is non-refundable in all cases.

You will be held liable for return shipping, duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur:

– You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason
– The carrier makes an unsuccessful attempt to deliver your parcel
– You provided an invalid address
– You refuse to pay duties and taxes

After inspection, if the returned product is found to be correct (based on your order), any costs required to ship the product back to the customer are the customer’s responsibility and the shipping fees originally paid by the customer to send the item back to us are non-refundable.

If the unit is found to be damaged or incorrect (based on your order), a replacement unit will be sent to you at no cost and the shipping fees paid (up to $100).

Any applicable refunds may take up to thirty (30) days following inspection of all returned goods.

NOTE: The following items are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances: Herbs, spell candles, stick candles, chime candles, themed candles, melts, unscented Altar candles, spell oils, essential oils, Perfume oils, resins, loose incense, stick incense, cone incense, charcoal, potions, beeswax candles, ointments, salves, Spell bags, Spell baths, Ritual salts, spell powders, inks, teas, and dream pillows. There is no guarantee that these items haven’t been used or an amount removed.

For International Orders Returned/Refused: There is no refund, as we are unable to obtain them.
